Engine Assembly

Engine Assembly is our expertise!  All of our engines are assembled in our assembly room, which is equipped with AERA ( Engine Machine Shop Spec), OEM, and Aftermarket (ARP, Manley Performance, Etc) Specification Information.   We build each engine to the proper torque specs, factor the ring gap to your application ( Turbo or NA ),  plasti-gauge the engine bearings, setup valve timing, and more.

Torque Specs

Our Engine Assembly professionals understand the importance of proper torque on the fasteners.  We chase our threads, and used Loc-tite on all propert fasteners.   We use our calibrated Digital Torque Wrenches on all head, main, and con-rod fasteners, along with documentation from the technician on your custom build sheet.

Final Quality Control - Sim Test Station

Years of experience is nothing without excellent quality control .  This is why we SIM TEST all of our engines.  We basically pump the engine with new oil with an electric oil pump, along with spinning the engine around 200 RPM with an electric motor setup.  With the engine cranking away, we can check for noise, check compression, ensure valve timing is correct, that seals do not leak, and so forth.  This is a absolute MUST for any engine before it is ready to ship or install.
